A single cask release from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery in England, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 2018, matured for 5 years in a first-fill moscatel hogshead and bottled in 2023. Only 248 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%.

Nose: Bright, lavender, cherry cola, candy cane, refresher sweets, Macintosh red apple, pear, Dr. Pepper.

Palate: Root beer float, salted liquorice, tannin, sarsaparilla, fish sauce, mandarin, dried fig, Underberg.

Palate: Medium-bodied, slightly drying, herbal.
