Due to very limited stock, we are restricting this release to one bottle per household to try and share the whisky love as wide as possible. (If you manage to cheat our system, we will not fulfil your order and instead refund you minus our processing fees.)

A single cask release from the Inchgower distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2010, matured in a refill sherry butt and bottled in 2023. Only 512 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.4%.

Nose: Dry roasted peanuts, pecan ice cream, pecan pie, aromatic wood, clear Haribo gummy bears, curry powder, garam masala, cardamom pods, green peppercorn, bay leaf, savoury gravy, Thai curry (sweet), incense, burnt butter, noisette, cured bacon.

Palate: Hickory, savoury root, golden raisins, north Africa berber, ras el hanout, za’atar, tagine, cumin, bazaar, souk, sumac, cured bacon.

Finish: Decidedly sherry barrel, medium finish. Viscous.
