Matured for 18 years in ex-Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks. These casks are then nurtured in small, individually numbered batches of no more than 150 for a further three months. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: A rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak.

Taste: Dried fruit, candy peel and dates, overlaid with oak notes.

Finish: Warming, rewarding and distinguished.
