A small batch release and the ninth expression in the Milk & Honey Apex Series. Distilled on 12 March 2019, fully matured in rare quarter-cask ex-rye whisky casks and bottled on 11 October 2022. 2,111 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 56.7%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Creme patisserie sprinkled with ground cloves, and a hint of tamarind.

Palate: Hard herb candy, sour plums, and potent cinnamon sticks.

Finish: Rich oak accompanied by golden syrup and slight black licorice.
