A small-batch, hand-crafted, pot-distilled American single malt made from 100% imported malted barley. Milled, mashed, fermented, double pot distilled and aged in Boulder, Colorado. Matured for a minimum of 3 years in #3 heavily-charred, virgin American white oak barrels. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas and flavours of creamy caramel, roasted peanuts, ripe raspberry, grilled meats, and sliced bananas.

Palate: Round yet crisp, dry yet fruity, medium to full body and a seamless, complex, medium to long finish that presents shades of herb focaccia, buttered crepes, whipped cream with nutmeg, and a final note of ganache.

Finish: A tasty, complex American single malt with a lengthy finish that unveils new flavours with each sip.
