A single cask release from the Highland Park distillery on the Orkney Islands, by independent bottler Gordon & Macphail (G&M) in their Connoisseurs Choice range. Distilled in 1998, matured for 22 years in a first-fill ex-bourbon barrel and bottled on 28 June 2021. Only 183 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 56.8%.

Nose: Rich vanilla fudge aromas complement citrus peel and apple.

Palate: Smooth and sweet with zesty orange, toasted malt and tropical fruit. 

Finish: A short to medium finish with hints of wood smoke.
