Inverroche Gin is double distilled in small batches of 250 bottles, using a specialised pot still process where alcohol vapour infuses with dried and fresh botanicals, resulting in a complex and intensely flavoured spirit. Infused with a bouquet of fynbos, hand-selected from the mountainous terrain of the Cape floral kingdom, Verdant Gin combines the fresh floral botanicals of Africa with spices and berries from India and Europe. Nose: Delicate floral aromas reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile.

Palate: A touch of spice, subtle juniper, zesty lemon rind and alluring liquorice.

Finish: An aromatic floral finish.
