Matured for an initial 9 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before half of the batch is re-racked into Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, while the rest remains in ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: Citrus fruits, chocolate and aromatic spices.
Palate: Concentrated citrus, oloroso sherry and hints of vanilla.
Finish: Roasted coffee and chocolate.
