The Select Cask Classic is an unpeated single malt taken from "select casks" in small batches and bottled at cask strength. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at cask strength of 55.2%.

Nose: Fruity, malty aromas with honey and a hint of bourbon with vanilla and banana.

Palate: Malted barley with a heady mix of bourbon and manuka honey-liquorice along with toasted honeycomb.

Finish: An elegant finish with juicy demerara sugar and a soft, easy finish.
