Launched in 2009, the highly collectable inaugural release from the Yamazaki distillery's annual Cask Collection. Matured exclusively in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. This is one of the defining Japanese whiskies, playing a crucial role in placing Japanese whisky firmly on the international stage, after it took home a significant award a year after release. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 48%.
