A single cask release from the Highlands Ardmore distillery bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Malt Cask (OMC) range. Distilled in November 1997, matured for 21 years in a refill hogshead cask and bottled in January 2019. Only 180 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%.

Nose: Pepper, sea spray and peat smoke.

Palate: Lemon, peat and sea salt.

Finish: Medium with lingering peat and pepper.
