The 2020 and fourth release in the limited annual Macallan Classic Cut series. Crafted by Macallan Whisky Maker, Polly Logan, this expression was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European oak casks and ex-bourbon American oak casks. Naturally coloured and bottled at 55%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Vanilla with candied orange peel and honey, sweet sultana and raisin with fresh oak and thyme.

Palate: Ginger warmth, sweet orange, vanilla and honey with a fresh vibrant oak.

Finish: Sweet and zingy which travels through to lingering fresh thyme.
