Avión Reposado is crafted from 100% blue weber agave, hand-selected and hand-harvested after maturing for at least 5 years. Slow roasted for two days in brick ovens followed by a meticulous double-distillation in small batches. Matured for 6 months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Naturally coloured and bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Roasted agave with notes of oak and vanilla.

Palate: Floral with hints of cherry, peach and pear.

Finish: Citrus, honey and more floral notes.
