Inspired by "mi gente" which means "my people" in Spanish, Mijenta is a small-batch artisanal tequila from the highlands of Jalis, crafted with a commitment to environmental sustainability and support for the local community. Made by Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria with 100% blue weber agave, and bottled without filtration. The bottles are made from locally sourced stock glass, and the labels are produced using agave waste. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Intense aromas of cooked agave, vanilla and caramel enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloupe and peaches.

Palate: Rich flavours of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon.

Finish: A generous and round finish.
