Nose: Subtle on the nose, offering a hint of jasmine.

Palate: Soft floral notes and jasmine give complexity and flavour, with a hint of sweetness.

Finish: The flavour lingers inside the mouth and imparts a warming feeling.

Produced at Gember distillery in Muizenberg, Cape Town, a local artisinal gin distillery founded in January 2022 by friends Simon Cranswick and Wynand de Vries (who are in fact gingers and known affectionately as the Engelsman and die Boerseun).
