Named for what is considered to be the first official year of tequila production in Mexico. Crafted using 8-12 year old 100% weber blue agave and matured in American and French oak barrels for no less than six months. Its unique triangular shaped bottle is reminiscent of the centuries-old Mayan stone pyramids found throughout Mexico. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Oaky agave.

Palate: Notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness.

Finish: Sweet orange peel, white pepper, and marzipan finish.
