A Mexican-inspired agave spirit* from South Africa, 4th Rabbit is made with 100% Karoo agave, following the traditional mezcal production process of Mexico and cooked in a fire-heated, stone-lined pit underground before fermentation. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 500ml)

*Due to legality, 4th Rabbit cannot be labelled a mezcal as it was produced in South Africa not Mexico.

Nose: Apple and pear eau de vie, lingering smoke, floral honey.

Palate: Velvet smooth. Honey and citrus. Gentle smoke weaves its way through soft agave and a touch of earthy spice.

Finish: Smoke and honey lingers making for a delectable long finish.
