First released in 2010 in Arran's Cask Finishes range, this whisky is matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that once held Amarone, a dry Italian red wine. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%.

Nose: Cherry, Turkish delight and chocolate.

Palate: Poached pears, touch of cranberry and honey.

Finish: Sweetness, pears, Turkish delight, cherries and dark chocolate.
