Launched in 2019 for duty-free as part of a trio of sherry cask-finished whiskies, the other two being Bain's 18 Year Old Oloroso Finish and Bain's 18 Year Old PX Finish. The whisky started its life as the standard Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky and spent an additional 10 years maturing in American oak before being finished individually for three years in Fino sherry casks. Bottled at 50.5%. (Bottle size 1 litre)

Nose: Dry sherry notes with floral and fruity notes.

Palate: Warm grapes and stewed fruit with roasted nuts, warm spice and a slight sweetness.

Finish: The finish is warm, rich and slightly spicy oak and a well-balanced sweetness.
