A blend of 65% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir. Aged for 3 to 4 years on the lees. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Lovely citrus notes meeting well balanced acidity with bread notes and complexity lead to luscious demi-sec softness.

Palate: Generous and seductive, well balanced fruity gentle delivery with ripe apple undertones.

Finish: Mouthwatering and enticing mineral aftertaste.

Based in Vallee de la Marne in Charly sur Marne, this grower estate is a 3rd generation family history, the estate is now managed by the three Baron sisters. They have taken over by adding a feminine touch, modern label as well as elegant winemaking. Their vision remains to over deliver in quality and precision in value.
