Barrel matured in second and third-fill French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Bramble fruit flavours with whiffs of tobacco and spice.

Palate: On entry notes of cherry and raspberry. Mid-palate has hints of cedarwood and tobacco.

Finish: Ripe tannins with lingering notes of ripe red fruit, star anise and cloves.
