A single cask release from the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay, The Forbidden Fruit is part of the Valinch (an old whisky term, derived from French for a pipette used for drawing cask samples) series of whiskies which were only available to visitors to the distillery. Distilled on 25 September 1992, finished in a Christian Drouin Calvados cask and bottled in 2012. Only 650 bottles were produced. Bottled at a cask strength of 51.6%. (Bottle size 500ml)
