A small batch Scottish gin from the Balmenach distillery in Speyside. Caorunn (pronounced Ka-roon) is the Gaelic word for rowan berry, which is one of the five Celtic botanicals of the eleven botanicals used to flavour this gin. Highland Strength was created in 2019 by Master Distiller Simon Buley to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Caorunn’s first gin production. Bottled at a high strength of 54%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Almost minty fresh, the juniper is balanced by fragrant and herbal notes.

Palate: Peppery and fruity, a blast of juniper and underlying herbaceousness with pleasing green notes.

Finish: Luxurious mouthfeel and lingering finish.
