Located in the town of Bristol in Pennsylvania, the Dad’s Hat distillery was founded in 2010 by Herman Mihalich. It produces an entire range of straight rye whiskeys, some of which are further aged in port casks or even in American vermouth casks. Aged for three years this version offers a vibrant tribute to the rye, placing it at the heart of its aromatic and flavour palate. Bottled at 47.5%.

Nose: Rye grass and burnt sugar with hints of vanilla.

Palate: Coats the tongue in layers of pepper and cinnamon spice, green apple, fig and cocoa powder.

Finish: Long, smooth and lingering.
