Deau XO is a blend of eaux-de-vie mainly from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois. Matured in small Limousin oak barrels for 10 to 15 years. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of jasmine, violet, candied fruit, prune, and cinnamon, with a refined and elegant nose.

Palate: Woody and floral notes blend together.

Finish: A full and harmonious finish.

Located in Sireuil (Charente, France) and more precisely “Aux Moisans” in the heart of the Cognac region, the Deau story began in 1685 during the reign of King Louis XIV, when Louis Deau became a winegrower and discovered the mythical alchemy of distillation. Today, the estate is owned and operated by Véronique Bru Legaret and her son Roland Legaret.
