A limited edition from the Don Papa range of rums, inspired by the story of Papa Isio who played a big part in the late-19th century Philippine revolution. A column-distilled molasses based rum, first aged for four years in American oak ex-bourbon casks followed by eighteen months in four different types of sherry casks: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream, and Palo Cortado. The rums in these four casks are then blended by Don Papa’s Master Blender. Bottled at 45%. Nose: Smooth and fruity with hints of ripe raisins.

Palate: Full bodied with delicate sweetness notes of plum, dark chocolate and ripe figs.

Finish: Long, velvet-like finish.
