Produced by Domaines Henri Martin, Esprit de Saint-Pierre (Spirit of Saint Peter) 2015 is crafted from a classic Saint Julien blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. Grapes from the vineyards of Château Saint-Pierre, located in the Médoc region of Bordeaux, France, are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks. Aged for 14 to 16 months in casks, half of which are renewed each year. Bottled at 13.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Aromas of crushed black plums and black berries with tar, leather and pencil shavings.

Palate: A medium-bodied palate that is firm and chewy.

Finish: A herbal lift on the finish.
