Launched in 2019, this is the third batch of GlenAllachie's 10 year old cask strength. Matured in a combination of first and second-fill ex-bourbon casks, Pedro Ximénez puncheons, Oloroso hogsheads and virgin oak casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.2%. Nose: Dark chocolate, vanilla pods and treacle, with rich notes of orange peel and cinnamon.

Palate: Lashings of raisins, treacle, dark chocolate, layers of heather honey and more orange.

Finish: Long and robust with cinnamon and honey.
