DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glenburgie distillery in Speyside, by independent bottler Hunter Laing in their First Editions range. Distilled in 2007 and matured for 16 years in a refill butt before bottling. Only 354 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 53.1%.

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Lots of fruit on the nose with apricots, peaches and strawberries. 

Palate: Dried fruits on the palate - apple, raisin - along with honey and vanilla.

Finish: The finish lingers with a touch of white pepper.
