A craft gin from the Qualito distillery in Phalaborwa (a small town bordering the Kruger National Park). Named after the African Harrier Hawk, a frequent visitor to the sky above the distillery. Crafted from non-GMO grain that goes through a triple fractional distillation process before being infused with traditional juniper berries along with three carefully selected botanicals. Palate: Bold juniper, sweet floral spice and fresh citrus.
