Originally added to Kavalan's core range in 2021, and now finally available in SA, this single malt is produced at the award-winning distillery in Taiwan. Matured exclusively in a combination of three different sherry casks: Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Ripe, mature berries and dried fruits with fresh grapes and citrus interlaced with chocolate brownie and toffee sweetness. Hints of cinnamon, clover and spiciness, blending into pleasant oakiness and fragrant rosemary.
Palate: Sherry dried fruits, warming and smooth with a mellow texture. Candied fruit, caramel, and honey sweetness; multi-layered and well balanced.
Finish: A spicy and lingering, rich finish.
