Launched in March 2022, the Madeira Cask Matured limited edition was originally planned for release in late 2021, however a bottle shortage due to COVID, meant that it was delayed. Distilled in May 2016, matured for 5 years and 3 months in 46 fresh Madeira fortified wine hogsheads and bottled in August 2021. 17,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Caramel, orange zest and ripe plums with hints of mixed spices and rich smoke.

Palate: Bright citrus zest and peach notes with raisins, walnuts, dark chocolate and integrated smoke.

Finish: Juicy fortified wine, burnt sugar, dark fruits and lingering smoked Christmas cake.
