A single barrel release from Knob Creek. This is also matured for 9 years, as is the standard release, but it's selected from handpicked single casks and bottled in small batches at higher alcohol. Bottled at 60%

Nose: Robust vanilla and caramel notes along with the slightly smoky barrel char.

Palate: Deep and complex flavours of vanilla, nuts and oak.

Finish: Long and full!
