A single cask release selected by and bottled exclusively for WhiskyBrother&Co.
An exclusive cask strength release from the Knockdhu distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor in their Octave range. Distilled in 2012, matured for 11 years in oak casks before being finished for 3 months in a sherrywood octave (approximately 60-litre cask) and bottled in 2023. Only 78 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Whisky produced at the Knockdhu distillery is sold under the anCnoc single malt brand, which we are big fans of. So when we had the opportunity for an independent release, which is rare for this distillery, we couldn't say no!
