A single cask release from Ledaig, bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Particular (OLP) range. Distilled in February 2002, matured for 14 years in a refill hogshead and bottled in April 2019. Only 407 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48.4%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Ledaig (pronounced Lechaig) is the name of the peated malt produced at the Tobermory distillery.

Nose: Smoky bacon crisps, maritime and oceanic, with a hint of blackberry and iodine.

Palate: Full and intense - briney, peat smoked barley and charred oak.

Finish: Medium-long with sweet peat, a hint of pepper, sweet cereal and light spice.
