A permanent, medium-peated expression in the Mackmyra range matured in casks varying in size from 30 to 128 litres across four types of casks: American oak, Swedish Oak, ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry. In ode to Swedish heritage, juniper has used in the peating of the malt. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.1%. (500ml)

Nose: Slightly smoky and spicy with aromas of peat, juniper, vanilla, caramel, citrus, pears and raisins. Spicy oak notes such as toasted bread and anise.

Palate: Smokier than the nose with peaty, juniper notes. Dry, oaky aromas with light tobacco leaves and herbs.

Finish: Slightly dry and smoky with notes of oak, salt and herbs.
