Released in 2020 as part of the Milk & Honey Elements series, a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness.

Palate: Medium bodied. Light fruit sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes.

Finish: Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oaky notes.
