Minuty Prestige Rosé is produced from grapes sourced from some of the best terroirs in Provence, utilising a combination of partner growers and estate-owned plots. The blend includes 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, and 5% Rolle. Everything is vinified at controlled temperatures, low enough to preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes, but high enough to extract their subtleties. Grenache is blended for elegant aromas, Syrah for aromatic complexity, Cinsault for freshness and Rolle, the great white variety of Provence, adds mineral aromas to the wine. Bottled at 12.5%.
