The Parker’s Heritage Collection is a series of rare, limited-edition American whiskeys offered as a tribute to sixth-generation Master Distiller Parker Beam for his 50+ years of distilling experience. Parker Beam passed away in 2017 as a result of ALS (otherwise known as Lou Gehrig’s disease) and since 2013, a portion of the proceeds of each bottle sold has been donated to the ALS Association in his honour. The 10th edition (2016) of the Parker’s Heritage Collection from Heaven Hill distillery is this ultra rare 24yo Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, distilled in 1990 and 1991. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 50%.
