A particularly flavoursome Indian single malt from the Paul John range. Kanya is an unpeated expression that has been aged in first-fill American white oak casks. Only 1,500 bottles were produced. Bottled at 50%.
Nose: A light citrus with manuka honey arrives early; an intense malt is infused with ripe peach, apricot and vanilla.
Palate: Superb mouthfeel of rich creaminess. The oak delivers a soft, sweet, delectable butterscotch.
Finish: Warm spices suffuse the toasted oak, and the slightest of saltiness ensures the friendliest of finishes.
