A "special edition spirit", this is a blended malt aged in a cask that once held Islay whisky. Bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 500ml)

Nose: Gentle sweet note opens to an oceanic dry saltiness, sweetly peated qualities plus a lingering, lightly smoked and toffee style.

Palate: Sweet up front sliding gently into waves of smoke to salted caramel dry brininess and lingering smoked treacle. 

Finish: Long smokey and rich. A real taste of Islay in the bottle.
