A small batch, single grain whiskey from the Cooley distillery in Ireland, bottled by W.D. O'Connell independent bottlers as part of their Bourbon & Rye series. This is a combination of a 10yo matured in ex-bourbon casks and a 12yo matured in ex-rye casks. This particular Batch 03 was launched in 2021 for the US and SA markets. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Notes of honey, vanilla and caramel.

Palate: Candied walnuts, juicy pears and oak spices.

Finish: A vibrant oak spice finish from the rye.
