A small batch triple-distilled, peated, single malt from the Great Northern distillery in Ireland, bottled by W.D. O'Connell independent bottlers as part of their Bill Phil Peated series. Matured for between 3 and 5 years exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. This particular Batch 04 was launched in 2021 for the US and SA markets. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 47.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Ripe pear with apple wood smoke.

Palate: Fresh charcoal, a creamy texture, and rich malt and citrus flavours

Finish: A delicate smokey finish.
