Released in early-2019, this is the 3rd release of Wolfburn's small batch whiskies. Crafted from unpeated spirit, it was matured for around four years in a combination of half-size (100 litre) first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. Only 5,500 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.

Nose: Sherry sweetness with heather honey and apple blossom.

Palate: At first sweet and creamy, then soft bourbon notes begin to shine through. Oak and vanilla subside to become autumn fruits, gooseberries and maple syrup.

Finish: Honey and dried apple until the very end.
