Grapes for the Zarion By SV Chardonnay 2021 were hand-picked and spontaneously fermented, with no added yeast. Matured in concrete tanks and neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. Bottled at 13.7%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Floral, with notes of orange blossom and acacia flowers. Warm inviting whiffs of buttered toast and fresh brioche buns.

Palate: Broad, rich and with great concentration of flavour. It boasts notes of papaya, lemon, oranges, pineapple and peach. Mid-palate is beautifully poised, with just enough richness to coat the palate without being too rich.

Finish: Refreshing acidity with with lingering notes brioche buns and vanilla.
