A single cask release from the White Peak distillery in Derbyshire, England, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2019, matured for 5 years in a re-charred red wine barrique and bottled in 2024. Only 323 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a natural cask strength of 57.8%.

Nose: Creamy nougat, nutty, almond, tomato stem, vegetables, sundried tomatoes, vegetable stock, herbal salt, sesame seed, soy sauce.

Palate: Earthy, wet forest floor, mineral, heathery moss, licorice twig, Korean barbeque, goji berry.

Finish: Spicy, savoury, medium-long.
