Grapes for the Holden Manz Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 were picked at optimal ripeness to enable the correct balance between sugar and phenolic components. Individual batches were bunch and berry sorted, crushed and destalked to tank. Natural fermentation started after 10 days cold soaking. The wine was matured in first and second fill 225-litre French oak barrels for 24 months. Residual sugar: 3.1g/l. Bottled at 14.5%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Palate: Rich and full-bodied, the palate is dominated by a complex array of evolving dark fruit flavours that reveal the wine’s depth and character.

Finish: A long, satisfying finish emerges, marked by the refined presence of fine wood tannins and a balanced acidity that accentuate the lingering dark fruit flavours, leaving a memorable impression.
