DESCRIPTION

First introduced in 2022, an annual limited batch release from the Ardnamurchan distillery in the Highlands. This 2024 release is produced from 87% peated spirit, 13% unpeated spirit and matured in 90% ex-bourbon casks and 10% ex-sherry casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.3%. 

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Coastal peat smoke, vanilla and tangy and bright citrus zest.

Palate: Maritime peat, ripe orchard fruit, warm oak and a gentle, warm black pepper spice.

Finish: Lingering peat with a subtle seaweed salinity.
