Liebart-Regnier Les Sols Bruns Demi-Sec is produced from a blend of 60% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay, harvested in 2016 and 2017 from the terroirs of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon and Vauciennes, with soils composed of marl and clay-limestone. Vinified in inox tanks and undergoing malolactic fermentation, the champagne is aged for three years. Residual sugar: 32g/l. Bottled at 12%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Fresh and fruity, revealing enticing hints of pear and crisp apple.
Palate: Well-balanced and vibrant, showcasing ripe fruit flavours, honeyed nuances, and a touch of zesty citrus.
Finish: Smooth and lingering, with a subtle sweetness complementing the wine's lively acidity.
Champagne Liébart-Régnier is a family-owned wine estate established in 1960, located in the Vallée de la Marne. The estate spans 11 hectares across Vauciennes and Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, growing all seven Champagne grape varieties. The current generation, including Laurent, Valérie, and their daughters Alexandra and Marion, continues the tradition with a focus on sustainability, achieving certifications for High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC). Their philosophy emphasizes respect for the land and the use of traditional Champagne-making methods, with vinification carried out in thermoregulated vats and oak casks, producing a diverse range of Champagnes with a broad aromatic spectrum.
