Inverroche Gin is double distilled in small batches of 250 bottles, using a specialised pot still process where alcohol vapour infuses with dried and fresh botanicals, resulting in a complex and intensely flavoured spirit. Infused with fynbos from the limestone-rich soils of the lowlands of the Cape floral kingdom, Classic Gin is handcrafted using 15 different botanicals. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Upfront green juniper notes blend seamlessly with a bouquet of soft flowers.

Palate: The taste is exotic and intriguing with notes of citrus, rose petals and assertive florals.

Finish: A crisp, dry and spicy finish.
